Earlier this week I shared
with you that Education Secretary Arne Duncan had chosen homosexual activist Kevin Jennings to head the Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools. We
asked you to contact Secretary Duncan and voice your concern about his past, which includes founding the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network
(GLSEN), an endorsement of the book Queering Elementary Education, and his failure to report sexual abuse to the authorities. Thousands of
you contacted Duncan, and as a result the Department of Education (DOE) began blocking emails that came through FRC. We received lots of complaints
at our offices yesterday that people were unable to get through the DOE’s server. Apparently, officials there tried to filter out your complaints.
