Protesters who are a part of the “Disarm PSU” (i.e. Disarm campus police officers at Portland State University) disrupted a fellow student’s testimony in favor of keeping armed campus police officers due to her own personal experiences with the campus police department. The testimony was before a university board of trustees meeting.
