California Legislators Milk Harvey

AB 2567 will set aside May 22nd as ‘Harvey Milk Day’ for all of California. Most citizens have no idea who Mr. Milk is or why he deserves a special state-recognized holiday.

In the homosexual community Harvey Milk is considered a “civil rights” leader for his work in advancing homosexual “rights” in California. A resident of the infamous Castro district in San Francisco, Milk was one of the first homosexual elected officials in America.

He was killed in 1978 by a fellow San Francisco county supervisor. Considered a martyr for the homosexual movement, Milk is now a hero for the homosexual community.

Under AB 2567, schools will be encouraged to participate in the state holiday by promoting Mr. Milk and homosexuality.
