Defamation Lawsuit Settled between Rolling Stone and Fraternity at University of Virginia

Rolling Stone, a magazine which was sued for defamation of fraternities at the University of Virginia due to a story that had one source, apparently reached a settlement with the university’s Alpha chapter of Phi Kappa Psi. The settlement also included a confidentiality clause.
