Well it appears that in the heckler’s sweepstakes that is taking the place of sports for a student body ever more not athletically inclined, Middlebury still leads. “It wasn’t a full-blown Middlebury, but Charles Murray’s appearance at the University of Michigan last night did feature a familiar mix of protesting, heckling, and walk-outs,” Robby Soave reports from the scene of the latter for Reason magazine. “Still, the students demonstrating against Murray did not shut the event down, though many told me beforehand that this was their goal”
