Mitchell will discuss “How to Address Racial Disparity in Property Ownership” during the 14th annual Norman Williams Distinguished Lecture in Land Use Planning and the Law at 5:45 p.m. Thursday, April 12, in Chase Community Center at Vermont Law School.”
