The University of Minnesota is facing a lawsuit from the Young America’s Foundation (YAF) over the university moving an event with conservative speaker Ben Shapiro to a smaller venue over alleged security concerns. Specifically, the university capped the number of participants and YAF says that this action infringed on their constitutional right to free speech.
