A lawsuit by the Americans United for Separation of Church and State pushed East Central University to remove three crosses from its chapel, which has hosted religious and non-religious events within its wall. Why? Because the organization believes it is a violation of the oft-cited separation of church and state part of the Establishment Clause, as The College Fix noted.
