UC-Berkeley: Canceling Ann Coulter’s Speech was ‘Viewpoint Neutral’

According to the university, their “viewpoint neutral” criteria was why the liberal University of California-Berkeley canceled a speech by Ann Coulter, an avowed pro-Trump conservative political pundit. The university is making this claim to convince a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the Young America’s Foundation (YAF), who planned on hosting Coulter’s speech.

    The joke about Communists fretting about where they would find jobs after the collapse of the old Soviet Union being advised there would always be room for them in American universities is no longer very funny is it?
