UCLA professor Keith Fink, a conservative, is continuing to fight his department over their enrollment limitations for his “Free Speech in the Workplace” course. The department had lowered the class enrollment cap to 150, when it was previously taught in a lecture hall that could seat over 200 students. After public outcry, the limit was raised to 200.
