University of Virginia has $2.3 Billion Fund, Lawmakers Look toward Tuition Freeze

The university’s ‘strategic investment fund’ has ballooned to $2.3 billion, which has alerted lawmakers, and has led to concerns that they’re charging too much for tuition and amassing too much revenue.
