University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is looking to hire psychologists who can help minority students who suffer from “microaggressions” and “bias incidents” at the university. The psychologist will focus on the “priority in addressing the mental health needs of students of color.” Additionally, the new hire will help “students coping with issues including (but not limited to) racial battle fatigue, bias incidences, microaggressions, and intersectionality.”
