Columbia University Files Motion to Dismiss ‘Mattress Girl’ Lawsuit

, Spencer Irvine, 2 Comments

It’s sad this is still going on in the courts, really.

Columbia University has asked that Paul Nungesser’s lawsuit against the school be dismissed, saying it “did nothing wrong in allowing Emma Sulkowicz […] to carry her mattress around campus as part of her senior thesis project.”

Nungesser is suing Columbia and Professor Jon Kessler for “allegedly supporting Sulkowicz in committing an act of gender-based harassment against him through her thesis, ‘Carry That Weight,’ and allowing her to break confidentiality agreements about the case.”

The university says Nungesser doesn’t even allege that Sulkowicz’s actions were harassment, let alone that said harassment was so “severe and pervasive” that he was denied educational opportunities.

These feminized universities are a joke,….of course mattress girl faked everything,….of course the university in question encouraged the victimization of an innocent young man as much by the impotency of its governors when faced with holding this woman to account, as by its sheer lack of common sense or decency,…..of course it is because of the feminist agenda by law that now pervades every institution at the very detriment of justice and free speech.
A very sad state indeed when these very sick feminists are never held to account. Normal men & women have had enough and I hope the court sides with this young man and sends out a very loud & clear message to these truly disgusting women via their proxy’s.

I hope he wins, and he gets millions of dollars from these liberal universities. What is wrong with women these days?
