Illinois Wesleyan University, located in Bloomington, Illinois, is hosting a “teach-in” event on its campus to honor Martin Luther King, Jr. The university, located about two and a half hours southwest of Chicago, invited a LGBT activist and a LGBT community organizer to discuss civil rights and gender identity to remember the civil rights leader.
