Specifically, the university trained groups of journalists affiliated with the Al Nour Radio and Al Manar TV. Those groups are linked to Hezbollah, a U.S. government-designated terrorist group.
The university paid $700,000 to settle the case with the federal government, per Inside Higher Ed.
