Whatever their intentions, the political left is doing a better job of debunking the Obama Administration’s rationale for war than are some Republicans.
You may not want to take medical advice from academics who weigh in on public controversies.
Look for their academic enablers.
On his February 14 show, in order to hype the controversy and his own ratings, O’Reilly introduced Hill as “Dr. Marc Lamont Hill,” a professor at Columbia University in New York City, and “an ardent liberal guy, and that’s fine.”
The nominee to head the Pentagon “also has an Al Jazeera connection through Georgetown University, where he is a professor, and which maintains a campus in Qatar.”
Columbia University has a “director of the center for gender and sexuality law” by the name of Katherine Franke who is considered an authority on sexual matters by The New York Times.
Apparently it’s a how-to course.
