Barnard College says No to Petition Critical of Alleged ‘Eurocentric’ English Major

Barnard College rejects a petition that criticized it for a “Eurocentric” English major at the women-only college. The petition clamored for more people of color (i.e. minorities) to be hired at the college to help correct the emphasis on European (i.e. white) authors in the English major.
