Professor Mark Perry at the University of Michigan concluded, after analyzing data from the university, that the university pays $11 million for 93 diversity staffers. Without accounting for benefits, the amount is closer to $8 million, but either way, it shows how diversity has led to full-time positions that may not have meaningful impact in a bloated academic bureacracy.
And they still can’t find a conservative!
