Janet Napolitano, former Obama cabinet secretary over DHS (Homeland Security) who is now the president of the University of California system, called the political disrobing protest “crap” during a board of regents meeting. Students crashed the meeting and began to shout slogan while disrobing in protest of tuition hikes, and Napolitano said that the board of regents didn’t have to stay and see or listen to this “crap.” That comment was caught on an open microphone.
She ended up apologizing.
