New York Governor Andrew Cuomo plans on giving free college tuition for ‘Dreamers,’ or illegal immigrant students, this upcoming school year. Dreamers are those who came to the country illegally, but would qualify for legal residency under a past President Obama-issued executive order.
The plan is for the next school year, which would give illegal immigrant students free in-state college tuition.
