University of California-San Francisco published a guide for people to help convince pregnant women to have abortions. Through the university’s Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health, the guide includes a chapter on how to counsel a pregnant woman to have an abortion, avoiding the word “baby” and instead using the terms “this pregnancy,” “situation,” or “decision” to replace humanizing the pregnancy and the unborn baby.
